Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Me and my husband have been separated for 3 years now and I'm working on getting a divorce in the next month or so. Well, he lives in Tennessee, but he continually calls work and harasses me at work and at home as well. He even stalks me on the social networking sites and he has threatened my boyfriend's job, and threatened both of us with weapons. I don't know what I should do. I've had a restraining order on him once and that made the violence escalate.

You should collect your proof and then have the restraining order enforced if he's violating any provisions of it. If it's not already in there, have a "no contact" clause added.

I agree with Mr. Williams. See if you can enforce the restraining order. If not, you need to get a new one with a no contact and you might want to file a stalking charge.
