Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I are separating. He has not been able to work since we bought our house. My parents have paid more payments than he and I. I want him to sign something saying he is giving up all rights to the house, which he is agreement of, until I can afford to get legal separation papers. What can I do?
