Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I are getting a separation, I initiated the separation and I'm getting ready to move out. My question is should I move out or should I remain in the home until we go through the divorce? Because I initiated the separation should I be the one to leave the home?

You are not required to leave. Neither party is required to leave. Likewise, just because you want to divorce, you can't make your husband leave either.
