My husband and I are seperating,he ih American I am from UK with green card.I want to return to the UK. Will the settlement /alimony agreement we have that is notorized be legal binding in the UK

Though treaties exist between the U.S. and some countries regarding the enforcement of child support and alimony, surprising there are no treaties with any U.K. government. Enforcement of American support orders in the U.K. is spotty at best.
