Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband sister has posted on Facebook that I abuse my husband and children. I reported to Facebook by the time Facebook looked into it it had been deleted before i could get a copy. His sister had used a patient who happened to be a school teacher at my son school to change his emergency contact info from my info to her info. I found out about it at a IEP meeting I corrected the info even had school board to look into it to explain how it could happen. Their explanation wasn't acceptable. They fixed it. I could not report her to Health Dept. because she is registered in medical field. They needed certain info that I could not get. I called police about her trying to hit me with her car when I walk my son to bus stop. Police said I need a witness before anything can be done. She constantly irritates my children who has autism. I told my husband to talk to her I even told her mother that made it worse. Is there anything I can do ?

Get a restraining order. There are forms at the Courthouse
