Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

REally!!!!! This forum is for people who really have a need for help. Do you really feel that question is justified? However, this is what I would do. If his items are in your way, then 1: ship them to him C.O.D. or 2: leave for the garbage pick up. Having said that - if you have a paper from the court that states that you are now divorced and his items were not addressed in the pleadings - then send the stuff to his attorney C.O.D.
