Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband is being sued for paternity of a baby. He made $2000.00 last year and has not worked at all this year. What are some possible outcomes if he is the father?

If he is the father, then he will have to pay child support . If he wishes to see the child, then he needs to file a petition for visitation and file a parenting plan as well.
