Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex husband was supposed to follow an acclimation period set in the mediation agreement, he only completed step 1 and then no showed and we did not hear from him in two months. What are my rights in regards to my young child? and do i have to let him see him now?

You need to abide by the court order on visitation. You can try to have it modified based upon his actions, but until then, you should follow the court order.

I am not sure what step 1 is? was his visits to be supervised? Perhaps you should file a modification of mediation agreeement as to visitation.
