If my husband is against me taking our 3 children out of the state once were divorced, is there any way a judge would grant me permission to do so.

Yes, you have to comply with the relocation statute, submit a motion and have a hearing to get an order. See if there is a form for you to fill out at flcourts.org.

If you are talking about moving permanently out of the state, then you need to comply with the Florida relocation statute, Chapter 61.13001. If you are talking about taking them on a short trip out of state, that would depend on the language in the final Parenting Plan.
