Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband threw me out of our home in TN in May of 2010. We have a 9 year old daughter together.I had nowhere to go in TN so I contacted my parents who live in Fl which is where I am from. (He refused to let our daughter go with me to Fl) I feel that he is holding her prisoner. I have to fight with him on a daily basis to talk to her and he listens to every conversation. He does not have employment and hasn't since 2002. I have been financially stable since 2002. I know I have legal rights to our daughter and I don't understand how he can keep her from me. He said if I try to come to TN and pick her up he would pursue me for kid napping. I am so scared. Please, if you have any advice.

You need to ask a Tennessee lawyer. You should re-post your question in that forum.
