Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My former husband and I have had a verbal agreement for Wed. overnights for 5 years. He now has decided he wants Wed. recorded through the courts. Do I have to agree to this?

You do not have to agree. However, if your ex-husband takes the matter to court, he is likely to win unless you have a legitimate reason to disagree.
