Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband has every other weekend visitation by court order. For the past year his ex wife has been refusing to have the kids stay over or visit out side of her home. Recently we found out she has been evicted from her home and is now living in hotel's. What will be his legal rights from here on to assure that the children are in a safe environment.

He should immediately file a petition to modify timeshare to obtain primary custody. It's not so much a question of his rights but a question of what's best for the kids. He should speak to a family law attorney immediately.
