Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Husband's adult children.
Would my husband's adult children have any right to claim anything if her were to pass away? His children are 3 adults and do not live with us. TOgether we have two children, one adult still at home and one minor. My husband is retired and I work, HOuse is under my name alone. We both chose it that way to avoid problems in the future. We have not made a will yet and are curious to know...Thy

Why mess around, get a will and do the estate planning you need to do to accomplish your ideas.
Not sure you want to have the real estate in your name only. That could create a probate taxable asset. A good estate planning attorney can handle the matter for you.
