If my husbands ex-wife sues him for non payment of alimony, can the court require my income to be included in the settlement?

Usually not. For instance, if your incomes are being placed into the same account, the judge could order that account garnished, which, in a way, would be including your income. But absent some kind of fraud--like his somehow diverting his income to you--your income can't be used to show that he can afford alimony.
