New Husband's Pension

I recently got remarried. My husband has two pensions. The ex wife has in the decree she gets them both. If something happens, can I ligitate this in court to get one or both of these pensions or does the ex wife get both.

I would suggest you review the divorce judgement and see the exact language.In most cases the a portion of the pension is severed to the first wife with the new benefits accruing to you husband beneficiary (you)-but is imperative to review this now.
