Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husbands sixteen year old son got a 14 year old girl pregnant. My husband currently pays his ex child support. The son is at the girlfriends house on average 20+ days a month, day and night. He goes home to his mothers once or twice a month. Question: who will be responsible for child support for the coming baby? The 16 year old son does not work and we all live in the state of Florida.

Need more info. Is the son going to school - if not, then your ex should apply for discontinued support based on emancipation of the son. The son will be responsible for the support of the child he fathered.
