Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My husband's ex wife has accused him of inappropriately "bathing" their daughter age 10 now, one time when she was 7. He has a restraining order on him and court at the end of the month. He had trial 2 weeks ago to try to obtain custody of her and/or restore his visitation which she has denied him for 2 yrs. A mental health counselor told him that if the court decides that he can not see his daughter that we will loose our 5 month old twins because the law states if he cant see one he cant see any children under 18??????

Your inquiry isn't clear.
Is the restraining Order temporary? If so, when is the hearing scheduled to determine if it should be made permanent?
Has the Court entered an Order regarding the "trial" that occurred two (2) weeks ago? If so, what was the decision?
What if anything, is left for the Court to decide?
If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a do over if things go badly.
