Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my husbend has asked for a divorce after a year and a half. he wants to take our house and everything in it all the way down to including dishes does he have a right to do this? and if not how can i stop him from tearing our home apart?

In a divorce, you are generally entitled to one-half of all assets purchased and debts incurred since you married. Once the divorce is filed, you can file a motion to enjoin (stop) dissapation (taking and selling or disposing of) of assets.
