iam need of help.my father diead this year.he was married to my step mother sharon--name removed--in april 2000.before they got married my step mother was married to her first husband named richard casiano in new york.she moved to florida and met my dad.i need to know if there is anyway to see if she filed for divorce on her first in new york without paying for it can anyone help?
