Is it illegal for an ex wife to...

My ex wife called me today - stating that she wanted to hide the child support I pay her from creditors. She is about to sue her employer. She wants me to deposit the monies in an account with only her current husbands name. I said no - but feel that she is about to do some bad stuff. There is more to it than just this as well.

The suit against her employer should have no bearing on the child support. Pay her as your always have and pursuant to the terms of the marital settlement agreement, or you may have some liablity.
