imy daughters father has temporary custody of her i am trying to get her back meanwhile he brought me before a judge in sarasota county florida for child support i only receive social security dis ability of $630 monthly and i have to pay $180 child support monthly i cant and will oriobably get a warrent for non payment what can i do caan he take this much while i am destitute

If you are receiving disability, why isn't your child also receiving ss income?
