including spousal income to child support

I hace an existing child support order. The NC parent is now claiming that he has exauhsted all workers comp and is unable to pay CS. His wife earns over 1.5k anually. I there a way to bring her income into CS calculations ie Total household income?

No. BUT- you can make him get a job if he can work, and if not he should be getting a lump sum workers comp which you can attach, OR at least get SSI for teh kids on his behalf.
