Is all income used in child support

My husband wants a divorce and is trying to tell me all of his income will not count, he makes around 100,000.00 a yr. and has to file it all with the IRS, but he works over seas and has a contract stateing his base pay is only 3000.00 a month, the rest is all over time and some is hazzard pay, he works for a contract co. in Iraq.He works there but is paid from a co. in the states. Will all of his income count when we file for divorce?
