Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

How do I go about getting an income deduction order in Florida from a US based contractor for the military in Korea? My Ex says since the company is 50% US and %0% Korean they do not have to follow an income deduction order. However he is paid US dollars to a US bank on the military base. So my guess is they are a US company that has a Korean host. Korean law says if you work for a Korean company you must be paid in Won. What do I need to do to get the company to honor the IDO?

If the contractor is a US company, then that is his employer and the the IDO will state the name of the employer. How he gets paid is up to the company and their contract with Korea.
