Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Income deductions

To whom it may concern,

I've been divorced for about 6 years now. My ex wife since has been remarried and our son was adopted by her new husband about 1 1/2 years ago. Up to that time i was paying child support. For the last 1 1/2 i haven't needed to because My ex wife has told me she new nothing about it.

But by talking to the State of Florida Dispursement unit and someone from The clerk of courts in Brevard County i was informed that she has received the checks and have cashed all but 1 of $150.00,that was sent to me as a weak effort to refund my income. As of date i am out $700.00 minus the $150.00 that has been sent to me but hasn't been cashed or deposited. What can i do to stop the deductions taking place and to get refunded in full? Hope to hear from you soon.

Thankyou, Wade Patton
