Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am an Indian citizen with a US born son, who is being emotionally and physically abused by my husband who is also an Indian citizen. I do not hold a job here and is relatively new to the US. I do not have any friends or relatives living nearby who can help me here and i do not know any way to approach the law for help here. I want to go back to India where i can receive proper legal help with my son,but i'm afraid that my husband may register a case of abduction of our son against me as he wouldnt let me leave from here wilfully. How can i leave the US through a proper legal way and get help

You can go, but you would need court permission to relocate your son or consent. That may be difficult to obtain. You would have to prove it is in the child's best interest.
