Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
How to get some information
I have a 12 year old daughter that I never met. The DNA testing was done when she was 2 years old and I had been paying child support since than-being taken out of my payceck. I don't have custody or visitations. When I was dating the mother ( never married) she was a ''nutbag'' to put it nicely, that is why I eventualy broke up with her. Since I had no contact with her since the paternity case -don't even know if she is still in FL- is there a way for me to find our how my daughter is doing? But I also don't want my ex girlfind to know about my inquery. Is there a way to go about this? I do not want to get in touch with the ex only if my daughter is in any kind of need -hence the inquery...

There is no magical database of all children in the State of Florida. The only way for you to find out how your daughter is doing is to speak with her or her mother. As a father, I would think you would want to have some relationship with your daughter so this would be a wise move.
