Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I would like some Information,,,,,,,,If I would get a divorce "what are my rights? I have been married for 23 years....and I believe my husband may be having an affair or had one before we moved and there maybe a child involved here with this affair. I have not worked,,,I have been a house wife and Mother, Last time I worked was 8 or 9 years ago for a year, and it was part time. My husband asked me to quit this job because he wanted me to stay home. two years later we moved to a different state, Florida....since then I had gotten an investigator they found no proof of being with another women other then stopping off at so many different houses.... as though these homes were where the babysitter was. this is all they found. I found so many different cell numbers that have been called and he does not have an answer to. Receipts for shopping for food and the food not coming home to me. I have a lot of receipts for eating out at restaurants and the amount is like bought for two couples or three for dining, and is not me or my (our) Kids! Soiled under garments and I do the Laundry. ?????? What are my rights?????

You are probably entitled to permanent alimony given the length of your marriage and equitable distribution of the marital assets.

I agree with Mr. Wagner. Also, if your private eye can't find another woman, perhaps there is another man.
