If I divorce my husbnd of 26 years, will I be entitled to any part of his inheritance he will be receiving thru a trust when his Father dies.

Re: inheritance

No. You would not be entitled to a share in your husband's inheritance even if you were married at the time of his receipt of his share unless he made a gift of it to you or comingled the proceeds with marital assets.
