Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Injuction for domestic violence answer

Mr. Stanley Miller, thank you for answering my question. In answer to you question the children are under 14 yrs. I have not gotten divorced in fear of going back to the same judge that ruled out for my husband; having no legal representation due to affordability, and most of all 0 time since my child has been hospitalized and need to concentrate on her -- not a divorce. Also, I did not mention that the judge said that since he is retired (however he works) he does not owe me child support, eventhough, my salary is poor and not enough.

I was told about a place in Tallahasse where I can write with the story and they will confidentially file it, but does it mean that if the judge is found to be bias because I am a foreigner without legal rep. that I can get a different judge, maybe then I can get divorced without fear of the same unfair ruling -- after my child does not need too much attention?

Is it true that once a judge is assigned to a person, from then on anytime I go to court, I have him as long as he is alive; if true, I am in trouble judge St. Arnold is is young.
