Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

injuction

My fiancee's ex-wife filed an injuction againts him and we have to meet her in a Police Dept to get his son. She has an history of lying and filing for protection with no base at all. Is it ok if we tape the pick up and drop off of his son? Please if you can answer me as soon as possible I will appreciate.
