injunction affidavidat

If the petioner, wrote false things on the injunction, what happens? WE work the same job, we own a business, my child and I we're thrown out of hosehold and we have the samew career at the same location, so now my child and I have no place to live, no money, and now possibly no way to make money.

A false affidavit is Perjury and can be considered a criminal offense; however, if it stems out of a civil matter, I doubt the State Attorney would file charges, but it doesn't hurt to go see about it. Hope you have someone besides yourself to cooraborate the falsity?

Othwise fight it in court or wherever this false document is being relied upon. Then it is a "she said, he said" scenario
