Injunction
My husband is in law enforcement. He had me arrested for domestic violence when I told him I wanted a divorce, even though I didn't hit him. There is an injunction now and I cannot go to my house or see my children. I am a stay-at-home Mom with no resources.

You didn't really pose a question, but it sounds like you should contact legal aid in your county for assistance. The Florida Bar referral service should be able to direct you.
