Injunction for protection violation

I have had to file an order of protection against my mother-in-law. We have been back to court 4 times for violations. At each court hearing she pleads not guilty and it is put off again for another two months. During these two months, their have been three other counts of domestic violence, and vandelism. I want to know how many violations does it take before the judge realizes that this is a serious problem. She has been to my place of employment, followed me and has never been made to account for these violations. How many violations will it take to get her punished?

Suggest you retain an attorney familiar with Criminal and Family Law practice. Until the court sees you are serious this will float around forever.
