You can file an emergency motion with the court in your family court and explain the circumstances. Under Florida law, she cannot remove the child from the state without court permission. Each of the parents have equal parental rights to the child
and the court will generally try to ensure that your ex will not deprive you of those rights unless there is a very good reason that will allow her to justify the move to the court.

You must go to Court. You and your wife have equal rights to the child. You do not supply a reason for the move, but if it is to deny you visits with the child or just being orknery you might get a judge to listen. See an attorney in your county and discuss with the attorney your options.
