Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am inquiring about a writ of garnishment for social security retirement payments for my ex-husband who has not paid alimony or child support as ordered by the court. On our dissolution of marriage he did not comply with one court order and did not comply with any court orders under The Temporary Support Order. I have no money and have been to legal aid and attorneys but have received no help. I have a special needs child and I am also disabled since 2002. My son lives in assisted living and I live in a HUD assisted rent apartment. I am collecting $709 Social Security Retirement. I am in need of knee operations since 2002 but did not have health insurance. Please give me information on what I can do to help my son and me.
