Insurance card
My ex is to keep ins on our son.He
remarried 3 days after the divorce
was final.He resigned up for ins in
Oct.08.I haven't gotten sons medical card yet.Ex and his new wife both work for sheriff dept.They
got ins with her as the subscriber.
My son needs his ins card,Ex sent
christmas card told my son the ins
co wouldn't send him a card until he
gave him a st address.We just have a po box.Ex knows where we
live,I know ins don't send out individual cards.Can I sue him for contempt and aggravation?He really
is an idiot,can I get attorney fees if
I have to take him to court for contempt?

You can file a motion for contempt, but you may only get attorneys' fees if your settlement agreement calls for it. You are not entitled to damages for aggravation.

Let me clarify what I said earlier about attorneys' fees, because it didn't come out the way I meant it to sound. If your settlement agreement has an attorney fee clause, you'll probably get attorneys' fees in a motion for contempt. If not, you may still get attorneys' fees, but it's far less likely.
