Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have an inter state child support order which I was paying until I lost my job a years ago. I notified the officials in both states. I was unable to get another job so I decided to go back to school to be retrained in a different area, and compete my degree.(with the help of Workforce of Central Florida). This I communicated with the parties concerned. My driver license is now suspended for financial obligations. How can I get my license reinstated, since it is very difficult to get to school, no public transportation in my area.

You need to get whatever job you can to meet your support obligations.
Though you may have notified the authorities, your child support does not get reduced until you file a motion or a petition and have it heard before a judge. You should file a motion to modify support and have it set for a hearing. At that hearing, you will likely be able to set up a repayment plan regarding your back support. When you do that, it's likely the hearing officer will order your license to be unsupended.
Mr. Rose is correct. However, as long as you paid something your license would not have been suspended. You need to file a motion for child support modification and get a hearing date set ASAP.
