Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

International move with son.

Hello, I am the custodal partent ,single for 7 years , will be marring a wonderful man from europe. Better enviorment for son 7 there. Father has visition ,we were never married. Want to provide for father to continue seeing child as much as poss. He now see/talks to him only on is 2 weekends a month. He was seeing him ever weekend but stopped without reason to just his court ordered 2 weekends a month. What steps will best help my case with a judge in this state to move over, it IS the best for our family. Better schools, family unit. all this.

Your options are (1) ask your sons father for approval and re-draft a visitation schedule or (2) file a motion with the court requesting approval for the move.
