Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi I am intersted in knowing what me as a grandparent or the babys father can do legally to keep my 16 year old daughter from leaving the state of florida with her 3 month old daughter.

You, as a grandparent, have no rights in Florida. Need a whole lot more info. However, if the father is on the birth certificate, then he can file for an emergency hearing to keep her from leaving until custody can be established.
