is it true that in the state of florida if an ex-girlfriend who bared my child gets married and her new husband gives my daughter his last name and lives with him, i am no longer legally bound--name removed--child- support?

It is not true if the child was born before the mother was married to the new husband and you are the legal father. You are still responsible for child support regardless of the child's name.
