Jail-Bait

If a 14 year old girl willingly sleeps with a 17 year old boy,(for the 1st time)...can the boy get into trouble? Can the girl's parents press charges?

Yes and Yes! Hence the term "jail-bait." However, today it is much more stigmatized. The boy will be labelled a sexual offender if found guilty. This will devastate the remainder of his life. Angry parents are usually the instigators of the charges. If you think this scenario is about to happen to you or a friend, you or he should retain a criminal defense attorney immediately to protect your or his rights and liberty. This is serious.
