Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

the jdge signed the papers for child support on jan 5th of this year. and my ex is supposed to pay back child support and current and i have got nothing from him. but the company he works for recieved the income deduction order papers but its his uncles company and they lied to cover for him. what do i do now?

File a contempt action against your ex - then file a subpoena duces tecum for the employment records and a subpoena for the employer.

If the company is not honoring the I.D.O., then take the company to Court.
