Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My name is Jeremiah, and my son was taken from his mother at 3 months old by DCF for neglect and drug abuse. there was a case plan that she nor I completed. At the time I was not in the position to raise my son alone and could not afford to take the classes. His mother did not want nor try to complete her case plan either. We both signed over parental rights and my mother adopted him.I felt at the time I was pressured by her and my mother and I know that I did not want to give up my rights. They were telling me that if I didnt do that, he would end up in foster care and I would never be able to see him. I want to know how to reverse or appeal the adoption and get back my parental rights. I am now married, with a steady job and stable household.I have been regretting signing the papers since the day I did, and am just now in the position to do something about it. I am willing to take classes and do whatever I need to. How do I go about appealing the adoption?

Unless the adoption occurred in the last 30 days, your time to appeal has passed. Moreover, it doesn't sound much like you have grounds to appeal anyway. You are probably entitled to visitation, but it is very, very unlikely that you can reverse the adoption.
