Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Say i have a job lined up for out of state being i have been unable to find work in my area in Florida, even if i do up a petition for relocation would i be granted the ok to move with my daughter even if the father isnt in agreement that the move would be in the childs best intrest?

It depends on the circumstances and the facts. It would be up to the judge, but the courts do not easily approve a parent moving a child away from the other parent. If you want to move, the court could, for instance, switch primary custody to the father.
