Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i have joint custody of my two boys in florida. i am re-married and need to leave the state temporarily to work. my exwife has been ordered to drug counseling which she did not complete and recently was sent to jail for 5 days for failure to complete it. with her families complete support do i have any grounds to get full custody of my kids and have my current wife as their guardian? even on a temporary basis.

don't know until you try. I suggest you file a Petition to Modify Custody and Visitation along with Child Support.
