I have joint custody of my children between the ages of 14-17 our paperwork says they live with him now my xhusband has left his wife for another women and left my children with her he is in ohio now we are in florida he has been gone for a month or so and now she is moving with my children to mississippi I need to know what my rights are and how i go about not letting her leave the state with them and returning them to me

If you have joint custody then she has no rights to these children. I suggest you tell her to fly them here to you or face abduction charges.
I assume that you have joint custody with your ex, but the kids live most of the time with "Dad".
If "Dad" hasn't made arrangments to get the kids, I would pursue a Petition For Modification, with an Emergency Motion For Temporary Relief.
When is she intending to move?
