Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have joint custody of my daughter right now lately I've noticed some things going on at her mothers house my ex was arrested for dwi for drugs about a month ago my daughter comes here smelling horribly of cigarette smoke and has lost weight. today she can't here and ate a food portion that a grown man would eat (& she usually can't finish her kids plate) they smoke with her in the car even rhough she has medical problems and is always sicj and she had a cigarette burn on her hand from which she tells me her moms new boyfriend did My ex won't answer my phone calls to ask her what happened what can I do I document it all but I want my child out of there should I call Dcf? I don't have money for a lawyer please help I know she's not being taken care of

You do not state how old the child is. Yes I would definitely call DCF - I hope you took pictures of her burn to give as evidence.
