Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have joint custody with father, I have residentual he has summer and I allowed my son to stay withfather for school year. I was able to get ticket for flight down for my son and father will not let him go without rt ticket because he says son wants to stay with him for school year again. Do I modify custody agreement or what? I do not have money for round trip at moment and he will not send child down without it. My daughter is missing her brother. I am in Fl with daughter Father is in ohio with son.

Please do get a petition to modify your custody - otherwise you may find that you have no custody.
