joint name on a vech.

I have a new truck me and my husband seperated due to domestic vilonce my truck was stolen by my husband he has no driver licence have vech. hiding times driving it my question is if I see the vech. anywhere parked can I take my truck back without getting in trouble.

As long as your name is on the title, you can take the truck.
